CTN Ticketing Platform processes the following data in the course of providing ticketing services:
- Passenger name records (PNRs) and booking data from Sabre GDS
- Ticket numbers, fare information, taxes, and payment details
- User account information (login, email, PCC, EPR, agent code)
- Transaction logs and operation history
- Balance and financial transaction records
3. How We Use the Data
We use data solely for the purpose of providing CTN Ticketing Platform services, including:
- Executing ticketing operations (issue, reissue, refund, void, EMD)
- Maintaining agency balances and financial records
- Generating sales reports and transaction logs
- Enforcing consolidator-defined ticketing rules and restrictions
We do not use data for advertising purposes or sell data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Transaction data is stored securely to provide operational history, reporting, and audit capabilities. Data is retained in accordance with airline industry regulations and accounting requirements.
5. Data Sharing
Ticketing data is shared only between the parties involved in the transaction: the subagency, the consolidator, and Sabre GDS as required for ticket processing. We do not share data with unrelated third parties.

- Sabre GDS authentication via PCC, EPR, and agent codes
- Session management and automatic sign-out
7. User Control
Users can request data export or deletion by contacting their consolidator administrator or CTN support. Consolidators can deactivate subagency accounts and user access at any time.
